SMS Terms of Service

This includes SMS messages about your inquiry or case review, consultation scheduling and appointment reminders, requests for information or documents, case status updates, and customer care. How you opt in
You may opt in to text messages by checking the optional text-message (SMS) consent box on the case-review form on this website (www.crestlegalapc.com). The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. You may also opt in by texting the firm first, or by otherwise telling the firm, verbally or in writing, that you agree to receive texts. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining the firm.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
- To opt out at any time, text STOP in reply to any message. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START).
